Administrative and Finance Coordinator: Dindigul Agreement

Workers Trust of India (WTI) is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and well-organized Administrative and Finance Coordinator to work with the AFWA team in implementing the Dindigul Agreement to End Gender-based Violence and Harassment. You will report to the Program Coordinator.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Developing financial project reports, financial analysis and monitoring reports for the oversight committee
- Supporting team on HR-related topics, such as recruitment, case management and the application of staff regulations
- Project administration
- Preparing quarter/yearly budget
- Coordinate periodic meetings regarding finance and admin;
- Managing the correctness and completeness of the financial administration including the validation of invoices
- Flexibility on travelling to field location often
Competencies:
- Strong English language skills, both speaking and writing
- At least 3 years experience in financial project control and reporting within the non-profit sector.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/quickbook
- Experience in project administration in an international organisation with various income sources and donors is a strong plus
- Experience in risk management and donor compliance
- Strong, flexible, team player with the ability to manage challenging tasks independently, and able to cope with deadlines
Benefits:
- Salary: 4,80,000 INR per year
- Contract term: 3 years
