Administrative and Finance Coordinator: Dindigul Agreement

Workers Trust of India (WTI) is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and well-organized Administrative and Finance Coordinator to work with the AFWA team in implementing the Dindigul Agreement to End Gender-based Violence and Harassment. You will report to the Program Coordinator.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Developing financial project reports, financial analysis and monitoring reports  for the oversight committee
  • Supporting team on HR-related topics, such as recruitment, case management and the application of staff regulations
  • Project administration
  • Preparing quarter/yearly budget
  • Coordinate periodic meetings regarding finance and admin;
  • Managing the correctness and completeness of the financial administration including the validation of invoices
  • Flexibility on travelling to field location often


  • Strong English language skills, both speaking and writing
  • At least 3 years experience in financial project control and reporting within the non-profit sector.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/quickbook
  • Experience in project administration in an international organisation with various income sources and donors is a strong plus
  • Experience in risk management and donor compliance
  • Strong, flexible, team player with the ability to manage challenging tasks independently, and able to cope with deadlines


  • Salary: 4,80,000 INR per year
  • Contract term: 3 years
