Join AFWA as our International Coordinator, Anannya Bhattacharjee, joins the October Community Call at 9.30 pm IST / 11 pm ICT on October 3rd to discover the history of the garment labour movement, hear inspiring stories of garment workers and leaders throughout history, and evoke the power of protest!
This is a Zoom event.
This October Community Call will include:
- An exciting look at upcoming events
- An inside look at Remakes start in fighting for fair pay and climate justice
- Examples of protesting in the past, present and future
Remake is a global advocacy organization that continues to target brands to sign the International Accord on Health and Safety in order to protect garment workers within their supply chains.
